Ordered heart guard for my dog but then decided to cancel because I did not realize it would take 4-6 weeks. Emailed them 3 times requesting to cancel, to no avail. Called and no answer. Received my package in the mail from them but was sent knockoff medications. Finally got a representative on the phone and was told someone from shipping will contact me to proceed with the return. No contact still after a week of waiting. Have tried to get a response from someone, again, to no avail. Would NEVER buy from here again. Absolutely terrible.

Do not use these incompetent fools

They won't ship until they "verify" your address, meaning a heavily accented person calls and says "hello, hello" twoce then hangs up. It's been 35 days and 4 phone calls since I've ordered and no product. Save money and annoyance and do not deal with this company!

DO NOT do business with these jokers. I ordered Heartgard for my dogs on March 17th. The order supposedly shipped on the 20th, which their website says it takes 7-12 business days. They even called me on the 20th to confirm my address, which is weird as fuck, because why the *** would they need to confirm it when I input the address during my order. Never had a merchant do that. I even asked them why and made sure they knew I was very skeptical about them. They assured me that they were not a scam.

Anyway, I did not receive it within that time frame, so I emailed the customer service. Here was their response:

Dear Bryan Gulcin,

Good day and I hope all is well.

This is to advised that your order has shipped out last 3/20/2018 and will take 10-15 business days to receive it.

You should receive the order on or before April 10,2018.I apologized if you still haven't received the order but as of today it is still on the time frame. You should receive it soon. We don't have a tracking number because we shipped medication thru USPS regular mail and we shipped it by bulk. If you don't receive the order on the given date, please give us a call back so that we can check your order.

Your questions and comments are important to us. If you require further assistance please contact us by phoning 1-88*-798-****. We are open from 5 am to 9 pm PST everyday. Thank you!

Who the *** doesn't provide a tracking number? I then emailed them on April 10th to tell them if I don't receive it by the end of the day we are going to have problems. BTW April 10th is the 17th business day (not including Saturdays), so we are already way past due here. Here was their response:

Good day and I hope all is well.

Yes sir, you should received the order today. If not, give us a call back tomorrow so that we can forward your concern to our shipping department.

Nope. Nothing. Called customer service and she said she would forward my complaint to the shipping department and that she made a "note" on my account. So basically nothing was resolved. I called my bank to ensure I got a refund since these idiots are useless. Seriously, do not do business here. If I had a good experience I'd write about it because I'm all about giving both positive and negative reviews. But these guys are a fraud.

I too have been scammed by World Pet Express. I ordered a year supply of Heart Guard for 6 dogs a couple weeks ago.

Today they call to VERIFY my address and tell me my pills will ship from Europe and be here in approximately 7-8 weeks! Are you kidding? I asked them to cancel my order. Was told it will take around a week to refund my money.

We will see. I never will do business with them again. I buy a lot of stuff on line, but this outfit is the worst.

My question is if it is illegal to sell meds that require prescription how are you guys selling them? I’m wanting to order to save $300 checkup at the vet just to get heartworm meds which is pathetic but I’m wondering if the meds being sold are legit or what is the reason you can sell them without prescription??Are they even safe?

i ordered from them for the first time also. same thing happened about verifying address, i guess it's extra precaution since they are shipping from over seas.

It has to go thru customs.I received my order last week.

pleased with medication its the same but not in English. i have used revolution in past and knew about the medication already so iam ok with that.

I will never buy from WorldPetExpress again and suggest no one ever buy anything from them. I ordered Sept 7, and they called me Sept 27 to "confirm my address" which was exactly what I had already provided them.

Here it is a week later and I STILL haven't received my pet's medication.

I talk to them and they claim it can take 20 days for the shipment to be received and orders normally take 5 weeks Don't bother buying from these people. Their customer service is bad, their service is slow, and they simply do not care

Scam to get your credit card info

1. It takes more than a month to get the product you purchase from them. 2. The only answer to why your order is late is a possible mixed up address not to mention they don't speak English really well either, that's that first hint that it is a scam. 3. Right after my call to complain, I received a bogus credit card charge for Bed Bath and Beyond # 651 in NJ where I don't live. Don't buy from these frauds they use the info you submit to burn you on your credit card!

This company sells fake medicine. Their website picture shows that they sell Heartgard Plus.

But they sent me Strongheart Heartgard Plus, which is completely different. Also, other websites sell the same product for 15 dollars. However, they are charging 45 dollars for the product. Stay away from them!

When asked about the product over the phone the "phone line assistant" tried to sell me on the product and tried to blame it on me and say that it says generic. However, the largest problem is that the picture is of Heartgard- not strong heart.

I would be fine with this if it was an honest mistake and heartgard could be sent- however I believe that this company purposefully did this by false using the picture of heartgard and not using the proper picture. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT is federally illegal.

Me too!!!! I ordered on 09-17-18 and received it by USPS on 10/01/18, 14 days.

I loved the USPS tracking...it takes a lot of time to leave the initial post office drop off...5-6 days. It came just as I thought that it would. However, the insert threw me at first b/c it had the dosing table a little confusing but once I looked up the Nexgard insert I found the correct table that had the same calculations that I did with the dosing.

I just ordered some Advocate/Advantage (1 yr supply) with the 15% off magnet/coupon code for my second order. The only thing I can say negatively is that my credit card company BOA charged me an additional fee for the foreign exchange fee b/c Canada Pet Express doesn't accept American currency so I was charged the exchange rate at 3% of the total purchase price.

Shipping Issues

When I ordered my flea/worm treatment for my cat, upon checkout shipping stated 5-7 business days. It's been well over a month and I still have not received my product that I spent $77+ on.

So I call and they tell me that they will have their shipping department reach out to me which the did the very next day and then they called again the day after to check if I had received my package. They proceed to tell me it could take another 7-8 business days. I was unaware this was being imported from another country. Had the website told me I would have gone another route as I needed treatment for my cat sooner than later.

Do not purchase from this site unless you are prepared to wait a lengthy time for an out of country package. Other than shipping they have great customer service.

I found out after ordering it was going to take 20 days to receive my order I will never use them again. Takes to long and am hoping I do receive my order I've saw were some never get there order. Scams Im like you if I had know I wouldn't have ordered from them

I called them back and they said my package got held up in customs. Now they are reshipping me a new package. Its already been 2 months since I initially ordered.

No telling when It going to get my stuff. Super annoyed.

I am so shocked by all these reviews

I used this website way back when it was called another name. I have always received my shipments but you must order 1-2 months before you intend to use it b/c it ships from another country.

When I have had trouble with coupon codes etc. working all but one time they were able to immediately remedy the situation. My pets passed and I haven't ordered in a few years. Perhaps, these problems occurred after I dealt with them in the past. I can't tell what years these were written in no year given just the month.

I have worked for a veterinary pharmaceutical company one which their products are sold on the site. They are not fake products. Most of these companies parent companies are located in other countries. For example Bayer is located in Germany. In the UK they must sell them by a different name but are the identical product labelled in the US.

I have used the Advantage/Advocate product and the Revolution/ Stronghold and both products have the same efficacy and are effective.

Well, As you scroll down the site when it goes into previous years the year is noted after the date. No Year is equal to 2018.

I noticed this after I first visited the site right after I placed my first order and that scared me to death about what I had just ordered.

But As you can see I have come back to the site to answer/comment on other's comments. They are now guaranteeing that you are using a secure site with Norton thirty day free trial to cover your order and it will expire 30 days from the date of your order to guarantee that you have and are having a secure transaction.

I made the mistake of ordering some chews without checking the reviews for World Pet Express. (Can't believe I forgot to do that) Anyway, when I read these reviews they were right on. They said EXACTLY what some of the reviews said when I spoke with them. I called the company when I had not received the product after about 3 weeks. It seemed way too long where I had not heard anything about shipping or anything. When I spoke with a girl which I had a hard time understanding her, she said it was coming from the UK and should take about another 20 days. It just happened to be shipped out supposedly the day before. Now we are talking a good month and a half that this should take to ship to me according to the representative. Of course, I have not received product. It has been about 2 months now. I almost forgot about it too because it had been so long. I'm sure they are banking on that too. I will call my credit card company about charges with this. Do not do it!!!

Robin here again, I decided not to try them again and ordered from Canada Pet Express instead. But them I saw all the negative comments about them and held my breath.

It did arrive from them in 14 days and they sent me a magnet with a coupon code for the next order to get 15% off. There is only one negative for me: 1). Your credit card company my do what mine did and charge a 3% charge for currency exchange rate fee b/c Canada Pet Express doesn't accept US currency. My bank did the transaction and charged me a fee for it.

Get the tracking for $4.95 it'll keep you informed. Plus, it took 14 days to get to me. Order ahead, especially during the holiday seasons coming up. On my initial order I found a coupon code for 15% off (look for one) and I have noticed for holidays like today they have a site wide coupon code for you to use for the Columbus Day Holiday today.

As a vet tech I can do the calculations but if you get an insert as I did that was incomplete for a table with dosage recommendations always look for the product makers (pharmaceutical companies) info in the US and search with a question like product name and then what is the correct dosing calculations (table form).

ie. Nexgard, what are the correct dosing recommendations or Negard dosage and administration on drugs.com

I have used them for years for both cat and dog products. I have always gotten my products but hard to get a credit for a coupon that should have worked but didn't and told me that it could be used the next time I ordered.

My pets died but I have adopted a new dog and I am hopeful that they will honor my credit. If not I will let you know.

My advise is to keep calling them. I did finally received my order, however I will never use them again.

When you order out a of the country, or if their we site is a .net don't use it, most will scam your credit card just keep an eye everyday on your banking to make sure there isn't any out of the ordinary charges, most will start with maybe a $1.00 charge then keep charging. I'm sorry I know your fear.

But I did recipe my order after what seemed like forever. Good luck.

I provided all the information needed; however, i have been waiting almost 22 days for something that takes no more than five days to be delivered by any other company. Every time that i contact them, they just advise me to wait until the end of the month. I am sure this company is nothing but scammers.
